regenerative project management.

We specialise in managing projects that benefit the environment and communities of Aotearoa. We work with clients to deliver new builds, renovations and natural environment projects we’re proud of. We help turn the seed of an idea into a viable project and then manage it through to completion.

regenerative practice.

Sustaining the current state of our natural environment and some aspects of society is not enough. Regenerative practice involves working with the inherent potential in people and places to build greater capacity and health in a system, so that it can continually improve over time.

cultural project support.

The positive impact that Mana Whenua have when they lead or progress projects in true partnership is immense. That’s why we do whatever’s required to support the work of marae, hapū and iwi throughout Aotearoa. The services required from us may be on this page or more unique and are best designed together.

integrated design management.

We apply holistic, whole-systems thinking to design process development and programming. We focus on collaboration within project teams and communities throughout the process to drive optimum solutions.

strategy and policy development.

We prepare and contribute to policies and strategies which seek to positively impact the natural environment and the way we operate within it. Examples include the Auckland Regional Pest Management Plan, Local Board Climate Action Plans and Te Whakaoranga o Te Puhinui (Puhinui Regeneration Strategy).

Whether we’re seeking valuable community feedback, celebrating project success, or keeping communities and partners informed, we help clients to tell the stories they’re proud of.

environmental frameworks.

We use environmental frameworks to drive positive project outcomes. We’re industry leaders when it comes to delivering Living Building, Green Star and Home Star projects. We contributed significantly to the first fully certified Living Building in Aotearoa.

community collaboration.

We’ve worked alongside communities to build 5,000 earth bricks, renovate marae throughout the motu, regenerate water catchments, propagate seeds, char timber… Community collaboration is different every time but it’s always magical.
