In a recent article about Te Ara Tukutuku, Martin Te Moni shares the crux of what Ngā Iwi Mana Whenua o Tāmaki Makaurau, Eke Panuku and Toi Waihanga are collectively working towards;
“What we want to do is regenerate this space, look at how can we give back to not only the whenua but also to the moana, give back some of the mauri that was taken from us.”
