Te Aka Raataa Giveback Day.

The Done. team appreciated being part of the recent Te Aka Raataa Giveback Day; the volunteer clean-up event at Puhinui Stream with Eke Panuku Development Auckland, Beautification Trust, Te Pu A-Nga Maara and Te Whatu Ora Counties Manukau – to name a few!

Together, 113 awesome volunteers removed an astounding 9 cubic metres of waste from the whenua, enhancing the Puhinui awa and its surrounding environment. Volunteers also had the opportunity to learn from experts about Maramataka (Māori lunar calendar) and enjoyed some well-deserved kai afterwards to celebrate their hard work.
